RTW Pattern Maker

Responsibilities
- Draft, cut, and true master patterns from design sketches, specifications, and measurements.
- Grade patterns across the full size range for ready-to-wear production.
- Develop and adjust patterns for structured, padded, and fitted styles.
- Produce and assess toiles or sample garments, and amend patterns after fittings.
- Maintain accurate measurement charts and size specifications that align with the brand's published size guide.
- Keep an organised, clearly labelled pattern library so styles can be reproduced reliably for repeat production.
- Collaborate with the designer, tailors, and production team to ensure patterns translate correctly on the floor.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
