- We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s loan products, generating new customers, developing leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
- The desired candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful applications.
- Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.
- Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
