- Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals.
- Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM/sales records.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in any field.
- 1+ year of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly salary
- 5% Commission on each closed deal.
