Investment Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Investment Manager with a strong background in real estate to drive investment planning, portfolio growth, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in real estate investment/finance, bringing maturity, leadership, and deep market insight.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for proposed projects. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals. Manage and grow the company’s real estate investment portfolio. Perform market research and stay updated on real estate trends in Lagos and beyond. Lead negotiations on property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. Oversee due diligence processes for all investment transactions. Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management. Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, and development). Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in real estate investment or finance. Strong knowledge of property markets, especially in Lagos and Nigeria. Excellent financial analysis and investment modeling skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Proven track record of successful real estate investments. Must be approximately 40 years of age (preferred for experience and leadership maturity). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
