Graphics Designer / Social Media Executive

Summary
- The Graphics Designer / Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content and managing Rotex’s social media channels. This is a dual-function creative role that demands both design expertise and a strategic understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design high-quality promotional materials, product reels, banners, and architectural photography compositions for the Rotex brand.
- Develop brand-consistent visual assets including infographics, carousels, stories, and video thumbnails.
- Produce Behind-the-Scenes content, product close-ups, and lifestyle imagery to support the content calendar.
- Assist in the production and basic editing of short and mid-form video content (reels, demos, testimonials).
Social Media Management:
- Manage and schedule 3–4 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain daily engagement activities: reposts, Stories, responses to DMs and comments, and client tag interactions.
- Monitor platform analytics and provide weekly performance reports to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with the agency to execute campaign rollouts, paid ad creatives, and product launches.
Brand & Strategy Support:
- Maintain visual consistency across Rotex (luxury/elite).
- Contribute ideas for content series, campaigns, and product demonstration videos (e.g. Metal Durability).
- Coordinate on-site shoots for client testimonials, product showcases, and company events.
- Support the development of a “Proof-of-Quality” content library including endorsement and technical demo videos.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media management.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects) and/or Canva Pro.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing social media content, brand design, and video editing work.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and luxury brand communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills for captions, campaign copy, and content ideation.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
