- The Director serves as the University's Chief Physical Planning Officer, reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor.
- The role covers all aspects of physical planning and infrastructural development, plus expert guidance on formulation, implementation, and review of policies related to the Physical Planning and Development Division.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must demonstrate exceptional competence, integrity, and responsiveness in managing the division.
- Good Honours Degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university, with at least fifteen (15) years relevant post-qualification experience at the university level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in ICT with demonstrable competence required.
- A higher degree is an advantage; membership in relevant professional bodies is mandatory.
