Deposit Mobilization:
- Develop new deposit relationships.
- Grow CASA balances.
- Mobilize institutional deposits.
- Acquire HNI relationships.
Business Banking:
- Open new business accounts.
- Move existing businesses to Rex.
- Deepen account usage.
- Increase transaction activity.
Commercial Relationships:
- Supermarket Owners
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Churches
- NGO’S
- Manufacturers
- Importers
- Exporters
- Petrol Stations
Strategic Growth Partners:
- Recruit Commercial Growth Partners.
- Maintain relationships.
- Support them.
- Train them.
- Track performance.
- Ensure they succeed.
Pipeline Management Maintain:
- Prospect List
- Customer List
- Opportunities
- Deposit Pipeline
- Loan Pipeline
- FX Pipeline
- Partnership Pipeline
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline with 4 - 5 years working experience.

- Microsoft Office
