Our client is a well-established plastic manufacturing organization in Nigeria , engaged in the manufacturing of household plastic products, drums and furniture . The company operates with a diverse workforce and is focused on strengthening its branch operations, sales performance, warehousing and administrative functions.
Position: Branch Manager
Location: Asaba, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall branch operations , covering sales, warehousing and administration.
- Drive branch sales and revenue growth by developing customers and expanding market presence.
- Manage warehouse operations , inventory movement, stock control and product availability.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Lead, supervise and motivate a diverse branch team , ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Monitor branch performance, prepare reports and ensure effective use of MS Excel and operational data .
- Identify operational issues, take timely decisions and drive continuous improvement at the branch level.
Desired Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing / related industries .
- Strong background in sales, warehousing and branch operations .
- Proven team leadership and administrative skills .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and communication .
- Nigerian market experience preferred.
- B.Com required; MBA preferred .
