Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to fill positions across multiple regions in Nigeria.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant customers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital personnel, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business within the territory.
- Conduct effective product presentations, product detailing, and regular customer follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product movements, and customer feedback, and provide relevant market insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products and effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all sales and promotional activities are conducted in line with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales, customer visit, and activity reports.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales team and management regarding territory performance, opportunities, challenges, and market developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc./HND in a Science-related discipline, such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or other relevant fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory and established relationships with healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good reporting, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use digital tools for reporting and communication.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
