Operations & Business Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations & Business Performance Manager to oversee daily operations, improve business processes, strengthen accountability, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small or medium-sized business environment and a proven track record of implementing systems, improving productivity, and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports
- Improve staff productivity and accountability
- Manage inventory controls and operational processes
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Support management in strategic planning and execution
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of operations, business management, or process improvement experience
- Experience within an SME, retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, financial services operations, or similar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience developing KPIs and operational reports
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
