Job Summary
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- The successful candidate will ensure that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, project budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project plans.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Review project requirements and provide creative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare project presentations, reports, and design proposals.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
- Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certification or membership with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
