Role: Operations Officer Location: Jibowu, Lagos, Nigeria Job Summary: The Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, monitoring drivers and vehicles, maintaining operational records, and promptly resolving operational issues. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
• Monitor drivers, vehicles, routes, schedules, and trip activities.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for operations.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational activities.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support the management of vehicle documentation, servicing, repairs, and renewals.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, fleet, or operations management.
• Good knowledge of transportation and fleet operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to monitor and coordinate drivers effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
