Job Summary
- We are seeking a high-calibre Human Resources Administrator who can move beyond routine administration and take ownership of the company's people, performance, culture and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for corporate, technical and project-based roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and people-management systems
- Drive performance management, KPIs, appraisals and employee development
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and workplace issues professionally
- Ensure accurate personnel records, HR documentation and statutory compliance
- Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational structure and manpower requirements
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and employee welfare
- Strengthen employee engagement, accountability and organizational culture
- Ensure HR practices align with the company's professional and operational standards
- Provide management with actionable HR reports, insights and recommendations
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical HR knowledge with strong emotional intelligence.
- A deep familiarity with the construction industry will be an added advantage.
You should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' progressive HR experience, preferably within Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Procurement or other project-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR administration
- Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations and performance management
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and organizational development
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR reporting
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent will be an advantage
