Key Responsibilities:- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Support performance management and general HR operations
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bsc Social Science
- 1–3 years’ experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
- Male for gender balance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- CIPM certification (or in view) is an added advantage
