Senior Marketing Associate

Job Description

• We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage key client accounts, and oversee campaigns that drive brand growth and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• ⁠Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to support marketing decisions.
• Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple channels to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Account & Client Management:

• Manage relationships with key client accounts, serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact.
• Understand client needs and translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• ⁠Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
• ⁠Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Campaign Management & Execution:

• Campaign Management & Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, digital, and design teams, to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing communications across all platforms.

Marketing Performance & Reporting:

• Track marketing activities and evaluate performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Team & Project Coordination:

• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Support brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas for client campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience managing key client accounts and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, public relations, content marketing, and marketing communications.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month
