Brand and Marketing Associate

Job Summary
- They are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Associate to strengthen their brand presence, manage marketing activities, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Support promotional activities, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations and business development teams on marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong content creation and social media management skills.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and other relevant marketing tools.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Salary
Negotiable.
