Automation Sales Engineer - Region West (all genders)
Aufgaben
- Als Automation Sales Engineer sind Sie zentrale technische Ansprechperson im Vertrieb und unterstützen bei der Beratung von Kunden auf Basis des umfassenden Software- und Produktportfolios von Weidmüller
- Gemeinsam mit Kunden entwickeln Sie Lösungen im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
- Als Software- und/oder Automatisierungsspezialist (all genders) sind Sie eine Bereicherung für das Vertriebsteam und bringen Ihr Know-how aktiv ein
- Sie identifizieren und bewerten Geschäftspotenziale und leiten darauf fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Team ab.
- In enger Abstimmung mit internen und internationalen Fachbereichen entwickeln Sie kundenspezifische Lösungen und bringen Ihre Erfahrungen in die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Ansätze ein
Profil
Ihr Profil als Automation Sales Engineer:
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Technik oder vertriebsnahen technischen Funktion, idealerweise in der industriellen Automatisierung (Software, Steuerungstechnik, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, IoT, etc.)
- Sie bringen ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Automatisierungsarchitekturen mit (z. Bsp. Vernetzung Feldbusse, Visualisierung, )
- Sie interessieren sich für neue Technologien wie IoT und Netzwerktechnik und sind bereit, sich laufend weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert und zeichnen sich durch hohe Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität aus
- Ein sicheres Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie sind bereit zu regelmäßigen nationalen und fallweisen internationalen Dienstreisen und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU, FH, HTL) im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, oder Mechatronik
- Ihr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office rundet Ihr Profil ab

Für diese Position bietet unser Kunde ein marktorientiertes Gehalt von EUR 70.000.- (Fix + Variabel) pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung sowie eine Beteiligung am Unternehmenserfolg.
