School Operations Officer

Position Overview
- We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised School Operations Officer to oversee key administrative and operational functions that support the smooth running of the school.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a professional approach to engaging with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen parent engagement by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Coordinate enrollment activities, including admissions processes, documentation, and student onboarding.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies that enhance the school's efficiency and overall performance.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure compliance with the school's policies and operational procedures.
- Drive school fees collection by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Education and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare operational reports when required.
- Support the school's day-to-day administrative operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or school operations role.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional appearance with a smart sense of dress.
- Well-behaved, courteous, and able to interact professionally with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N110,000 per month.
