Female Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Youtopia Beauty, ensuring seamless coordination across retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, sales support, logistics, and customer experience.
- The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining stock accuracy, improving processes, and supporting business growth while ensuring excellent service delivery across all channels.
- The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to execute business strategies and achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency across retail, warehouse, and administrative functions.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate customer order processing.
- Monitor sales performance and identify operational improvements to support revenue growth.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports for the Managing Director.
- Lead, coach, and manage the operations and retail teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational best practices.
- Support the Managing Director with strategic initiatives and other operational projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an operations management role within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
- Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse sales and inventory data to support business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
