Job Description

- Join our dynamic team as a Unit Manager/Retail Development Manager either remotely or as a full time.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain a strong dynamic team of Financial Advisors
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customers needs
- Provide financial and retirement planning to prospective clients
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or HND in any Field
- At least 2 years experience in insurance sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be located in commutable distance to Lagos, Nigeria
- Ability to work under pressure and with other team members under minimal or no supervision
- Previous marketing/sales experience is a plus.
Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 per month.
