Administrative Officer

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with digital tools, proficient in Microsoft Excel, responsive to online communications, and capable of coordinating people and daily operational activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage documentation using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
• Coordinate staff activities, monitor task completion, and support team productivity.
• Manage office supplies, petty cash records, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
• Monitor online communication channels and respond promptly to work-related messages and requests.
• Track operational issues, follow up on pending tasks, and provide timely updates to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using digital tools and online platforms.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or supervising people.
• High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, initiative, and accountability.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
