Front Desk Officer/content creator assistant Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for someone to join our team as a Front Desk Officer with knowledge in content creation to enhance our brand presence and client experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for visitors. Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with the company’s brand identity. Requirements: Minimum of a BSC/HND in Business Administration, Communications, public relations, English and literally studies or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role Salary range- 150- 200k
