Operations Lead

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring client work is properly planned, resourced, coordinated, quality-checked, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery operations and oversee client projects from briefing to completion.
- Assign ownership for projects and deliverables and monitor deadlines and dependencies.
- Manage team workload, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Run weekly planning and operational check-in meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, growth, and external partners.
- Establish quality checkpoints and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Identify recurring quality and delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide day-to-day operational direction and support team performance.
- Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
- Introduce tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Provide regular operational reports to the CEO and promptly escalate significant risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 4–6 years’ relevant experience in operations, agency/project delivery, client services, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional qualification/certification in project or operations management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, project management, organization, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and process-improvement mindset.
