Lead Product Manager

Key Responsibility Areas
- Define product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product development and launches across cross-functional teams.
- Identify market opportunities through customer insights, research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Use data and analytics to drive product irnprovements and custorner engagement.
- Partner with Compliance, IT and Operations to manage regulatory, operational and technology risks.
- Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years post-nysc experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, ux, market research and financial products.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
