Operations Manager

About the Role

• Dokitami is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
• The Operations Manager will coordinate orders, inventory, logistics, deliveries, office operations, staff activities, client fulfilment, and operational problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and coordinate the Operations Team.
• Monitor incoming, pending, dispatched, delivered, and failed orders.
• Verify order and payment information before fulfilment.
• Ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on schedule.
• Coordinate couriers, logistics partners, pickups, deliveries, and tracking.
• Resolve failed deliveries and other logistics issues promptly.
• Monitor domestic and international shipments.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor low-stock items and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate nurse visits and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and professional office environment.
• Supervise Operations staff, including attendance, productivity, task completion, and SOP compliance.
• Support Sales & Communication with order, payment, inventory, delivery, and fulfilment information.
• Monitor sales attribution and support daily sales and commission administration where authorised.
• Handle operational complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Document operational incidents, expenses, inventory movements, deliveries, and other operational activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Identify recurring operational problems and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales & Communication, Business Development & Partnerships, Creative/Medical Communications, and Management.
