We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support client engagement, business growth, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, converting inquiries into customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of our cleaning and drone cleaning services.

Please Note: While this vacancy is being advertised under Venus Finance, the successful candidate will be employed and work with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and guide prospective clients through available service options.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into paying customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer experiences and promptly address concerns, complaints, or service-related issues.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Prepare customer engagement, feedback, and sales activity reports as required.
  • Promote the company’s cleaning and drone cleaning services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention, referrals, and overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in client engagement and success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.
