Project Manager - Oil and Gas Service

Job Purpose
- Management of resources (personnel, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, schedule) and delivery of projects to ensure projects are delivered within budget, safety, quality and in accordance to regulatory and customer requirements.

Requirements
- First Degree in Engineering or any other relevant Qualification.
- Relevant certification in Quality and HSE
- Minimum of 15 Years experience in an EPC/EPIC handling major projects in the Oil and Gas sector
Functional Skills:
- Technical Expertise – Thorough understanding of onshore/offshore fabrication, structural and piping construction, and integration processes.
- Leadership – Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in demanding operational environments, often in remote locations.
- Commercial Acumen – Ability to interpret contracts, manage variations, and protect the company's financial interests during execution.
- Communication – Clear and effective communicator across cultural and organizational boundaries, both in writing and in person.
- Safety Mindset – Unwavering commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with the authority and willingness to stop work when necessary.
- Project Controls – Proficiency in Earned Value Management, scheduling, cost forecasting, and change management.
Salary
N33,000,000 Annual gross.
