- SSCE, OND, Trade Test, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience operating or assisting with industrial production equipment.
- Experience in block-making, concrete production, manufacturing, or construction materials production is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to learn machine operation procedures and safety requirements.
Required Competencies
- Machine setup and start-up assistance.
- Production monitoring and control.
- Mould change and adjustment support.
- Material feeding and production coordination.
- Equipment cleaning and housekeeping.
- Ability to work under pressure
