QA/Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We're looking for a QA, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to help us build software that is reliable, secure, scalable, and production-ready. This is a hands-on engineering role spanning test automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and reliability. You'll work closely with backend engineers to automate how we test, deploy, monitor, and operate our systems. We're looking for someone who enjoys writing code, automating repetitive processes, and solving problems across the full software lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automated tests for APIs, backend services, integrations, and critical financial workflows.
- Design testing strategies that cover edge cases, failures, retries, concurrency, and data integrity.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines that enable engineers to ship safely and quickly.
- Build, maintain, and automate cloud infrastructure and production environments.
- Manage containerized workloads and infrastructure using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across our systems.
- Identify and resolve reliability, performance, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Work with engineers to improve system architecture, deployment processes, and production reliability.
- Investigate production issues and help drive problems through to root cause and resolution.
- Continuously improve our engineering tooling, automation, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation, SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong programming/scripting skills and a willingness to write production-quality automation.
- Strong experience testing APIs and backend systems.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
- Good understanding of Linux, networking, databases, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of software quality, reliability, security, and failure scenarios.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience working with fintech, banking, payments, or other systems where reliability and data correctness are critical.
