Property Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated property manager to join our shared apartment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Smoothly onboarding new residents.
- Handling inquiries, mediating any conflicts, and fostering positive tenant relations.
- Manage day-to-day operations such as rent collection, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring common areas are clean, and maintaining meticulous records.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of tenancy laws and best practices in Lagos.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage maintenance and repair processes effectively.
- Proficiency in any property management software and record keeping.
- Must reside on the island, preferably around Orchid / Ajah.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
