Job title : Community Health Officer

Role Summary

• Provide primary healthcare, preventive services, health education, community outreach, follow-up, and basic health screening for staff, riders, and community beneficiaries.

Minimum Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Community Health or equivalent relevant health qualification.
• Current professional registration/licensing where applicable.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in community health, primary healthcare, or a similar role.
• Strong outreach, health-education, patient-support, and community-engagement skills.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.
• Applicants must provide accurate information and verifiable academic, professional, and employment records. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification or termination of engagement.
• Applicants should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, reliability, teamwork, willingness to learn, and commitment to service delivery.
• Unless a role-specific requirement states otherwise, the minimum educational qualification for non-state-level positions is a Diploma/ND or equivalent relevant qualification.
