Job title : Clinic Administrator

Role Summary

• Coordinate clinic administration, patient registration, medical records, appointments, reporting, supplies, confidentiality, documentation, and administrative support for the clinical team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Health Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in clinic, hospital, medical records, health administration, or similar operations.
• Strong records management, confidentiality, communication, and administrative skills.
• Relevant health information/medical records certification is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.
• Applicants must provide accurate information and verifiable academic, professional, and employment records. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification or termination of engagement.
• Applicants should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, reliability, teamwork, willingness to learn, and commitment to service delivery.
