Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients.
- Engage client decision-makers to understand their business strategies, challenges, and technology requirements.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.
- Promote and sell connectivity, digital, and value-added enterprise solutions.
- Develop account strategies and customer roadmaps that support business growth.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other client stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends and identify opportunities to protect and grow revenue.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer retention, cost optimization, and technology upgrades.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide updates on customer needs, opportunities, and business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
- Identify and qualify new revenue-generating opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or enterprise solutions sector.
- Solid understanding of fixed and mobile connectivity solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions such as Cloud, IoT, Security, NaaS, and CPaaS is an advantage.
- Good understanding of business clients, their industries, strategies, and commercial challenges.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert revenue-generating opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior-level and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and virtual team environment.
Salary
N614,000 monthly.
