Business Development Officer
a Growing Multi-specialty Healthcare Group - Dragnet Solutions Limited
About the Role
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and revenue streams.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporates, HMOs, insurers and institutional clients.
- Negotiate and close partnership and service agreements.
- Develop business proposals, pitches and bids; respond to RFPs and tenders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategy.
- Develop and execute business development plans and pipelines with clear targets.
- Manage key accounts and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop service offerings and packages.
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion and revenue performance.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and stakeholder forums.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
Experience:
- 4–6 years in business development, sales or client-facing roles.
- Experience in healthcare, HMO or services environments, and a record of meeting business-development or sales targets, is an advantage.
