Business Development Officer (Abuja)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive loan portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and deposit mobilization. The ideal candidate must have banking experience in Microfinance, with expertise in IPPIS (Payroll), Lending, and/or MSME Lending. Key Responsibilities Market and sell banking products and services. Source and manage IPPIS and MSME loan customers. Mobilize deposits and grow the customer base. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct customer assessments and facilitate loan processing. Monitor loan performance and support recovery efforts. Achieve assigned business development and portfolio targets. Ensure compliance with KYC and lending policies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in a Microfinance Bank Hands-on experience in IPPIS (Payroll) Lending and/or MSME Lending. Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills. Target-driven with good communication and negotiation skills
