Role: Direct Sales Agent Sector Financial Institution Locations: Ikeja, Apapa, Lagos Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and meeting assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank’s products.

• Market and sell financial products such as loans, savings plans, and investment packages.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
• Assist customers with account opening and loan application processes.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements: -Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
