Production Coordinator

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to coordinate daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow across the production floor, and support the achievement of production targets in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong ERP and MS Office 365 proficiency is mandatory.
- Good understanding of production planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a floor-based production role.
Work Environment:
- This is a floor-based role requiring regular presence on the production floor to coordinate activities, monitor processes, and ensure production targets are achieved.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly
