Business Development Executive - Training

A leading provider of training, inspection, asset integrity maintenance, and pipeline & process services within the oil and gas, marine, and construction industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, promoting the organization's services, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To sell and generate revenue for the Training division
• Develop marketing and sales strategy to increase revenue for the Training division.
• Profitable utilization of the company’s training divisional facilities and assets through effective marketing.
• Register all clients’ training requests for accurate billing and invoicing.
• Responsible for prompt renewal of training running contracts.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients.
• Maintain existing accounts by following up with Leads and attending to clients’ request promptly.
• Identify and attend relevant Training events, exhibitions and conferences.
• To establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication.
• Re-activate inactive accounts by following up with Leads and understanding their training needs
• Ensure Business expansion and increase in market share index through networking and effective marketing.
• Work with the digital marketing team to showcase the Training service division in limelight.
• Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective Clients & Regulators.
• Ensure vendor registration of Training services with key clients.
• Ensure timely submission of all Training tenders.
• Participate in setting Sales budgets for the division
• Support the company’s realization of its corporate mission

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / BEng. or BSC in Marketing, Management or related fields
• At least 7-year work experience in sales and business development
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Oil and industry is an added advantage
