- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Design and optimize production chemical programmes.
- Lead and develop field engineers and chemists.
- Drive full utilization of installed blending capacity.
- Support customers through technical diagnostics and field trials.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure profitable project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in production chemicals, oilfield services, or industrial lubricants.
- Strong knowledge of production chemistry, asset integrity, and production optimization.
- Proven business development and key account management experience.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen backed by technical expertise.
