- We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries and support staff relations activities.
- Assist in organizing training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support general HR administrative activities and prepare HR reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labor laws.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
- Must live around Mile 2
