HR Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle statutory remittances, including PAYE, Pension, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Requirement and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR Compliance, Pension Administration, and PAYE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
