• This role focuses on managing the office facility, ensuring employees comply with workplace policies and standards, overseeing the activities of cleaners and support personnel, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and conducting regular audits to ensure the office environment remains functional, organized, and conducive to high performance.
• You should be comfortable working with systems, managing vendors and support staff, enforcing policies, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
