Sales Manager - Paper Packaging Industry

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for the company's paper packaging business by developing new markets, expanding distribution channels, and building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Candidates must have proven experience in traditional/open market sales, with packaging sales experience highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in traditional/open markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail customers.
- Drive sales of paper packaging products in line with market demand and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales deals.
- Collaborate with Production and Operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives where required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in traditional/open market sales is mandatory.
- Experience in food packaging sales, particularly paper or plastic packaging, is highly preferred.
- Strong network within open markets, wholesale channels, and distributor networks.
- Previous experience in a mid-level or senior sales management role.
- Experience in packaging, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.

Additional Information:
- The company is recruiting two Sales Managers.
- Candidates with strong open-market distribution networks and relevant packaging sales experience will receive priority consideration.
