KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that aligned with Company's sales and revenue targets.
- Generate and convert leads into paying customers
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media and telephone enquiries.
- Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
Requirement
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional marketing certification is an advantage.
- 2–4 years' experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Confident in meeting clients and carrying out field marketing.
- Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales management software is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, presentable, and results-oriented.
This is a target-driven position.
Your success will be measured by:
- Remuneration: ₦200,000 monthly base salary + performance based commission
- Location: Along Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Wawa, Ogun state
Proximity to the location is an added advantage
