The Opportunity
YellowDoor Hotels is a boutique hotel brand in Abuja serving business executives and leisure travelers. We're hiring a remote Graphic Designer to power the visual output of our hotel and restaurant brand, The Living Room. If you produce clean, on-brand work reliably and need minimal hand-holding to get there, this role was built for you.
Your Mission
- Design 15+ approved static assets monthly across social, print, and digital formats
- Translate marketing briefs into finished visuals with minimal back-and-forth
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across every asset produced
- Collaborate with the Marketing lead to clarify briefs and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Submit all work within agreed deadlines and flag capacity risks proactively
- Maintain and organise all creative files securely for authorised company use

The Non-Negotiables
- Cannot consistently deliver 15 approved designs per month
- Requires multiple revision rounds to meet brand standard
- Not self-managed or unresponsive during agreed working hours
- Submits work requiring major corrections before publishing
The Purpose of This Role
To own the visual output of YellowDoor Hotels and The Living Room, ensuring every marketing and promotional asset is on-brand, on time, and requires minimal revision.
What Success Looks Like
15 approved designs delivered monthly from day one, zero major brand violations by day 60, all briefs closed on time for three consecutive months, and revision rounds averaging one or fewer per design.
