Branding & Marketing Manager

IfeanHealth is a leading healthcare organisation committed to improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation, and patient-centred care. We are seeking a strategic and creative Branding & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, lead marketing initiatives, and support organisational growth.

Role Summary

The Branding & Marketing Manager will develop and execute IfeanHealth's branding and marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms. The role is responsible for brand positioning, marketing campaigns, content direction, digital presence, communications, partnerships, and marketing performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and creative thinker with solid strategic, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Strengthen IfeanHealth's market positioning, visibility, and brand reputation.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns for services, programmes, partnerships, and events.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, enquiries, and conversions.
• Provide direction to Content Creators and oversee the quality and alignment of marketing content.
• Oversee content for social media, website, newsletters, brochures, presentations, campaigns, and other communication materials.
• Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to improve the organisation's online presence.

Market Research & Communications

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Use customer insights to improve marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
• Develop compelling communications around IfeanHealth's services, impact, partnerships, programmes, and achievements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Experience managing or coordinating creative teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer and commercially focused.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics , and other marketing tools is an advantage.
