Job title : HMO Partnerships Officer

- Manage relationships with existing and prospective HMO partners.
- Coordinate bookings and service delivery for HMO clients.
- Process and track HMO claims and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding, rejected, or disputed claims.
- Prepare reports on claims, revenue, and partnership performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow HMO partnerships and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with HMO agreements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HMOs, healthcare, hospitality, or wellness is an added advantage.
