Job title : Inventory / Store Officer

Key Responsibilities

• ‎Stock Monitoring & Control: Track movement, reconcile physical counts with database records, and identify discrepancies.
• ‎Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality against purchase orders.
• ‎Record Keeping: Update inventory software (e.g., ERP systems) and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• ‎Warehouse Management: Organize stock efficiently, ensuring safe storage and implementing security measures to prevent damage or theft.
• ‎Reporting: Generate daily/monthly reports on inventory levels, turnover, and aging items.

‎Required Skills and Qualifications

• ‎Common Qualifications ‎required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• ‎Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
• ‎Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
• ‎Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong accuracy in numerical tracking.
• ‎Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers and staff.
• ‎Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials if required.
