Job Description
Your job description includes the following:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
- Prepare periodic report for the Head of Finance and Accounts.
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes and bank accounts at the end of each month.
- Petty cash management and disbursement.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Understand Ledgers.
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Perform partial checks of the posting process.
- Complete tax forms.
- Process accounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, ANAN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in a healthcare organization is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

- Accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- ERP systems.
