- We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales & Distribution Manager to drive new insurance business, develop broker relationships, and identify market opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and develop new insurance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and prospective clients.
- Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
- Manage sales leads and opportunities from prospecting to conversion.
- Prepare sales and market intelligence reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure effective delivery of insurance solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Insurance Marketing.
- CIIN qualification is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market and distribution channels.
